Elm Haven Capital Partners was founded in 2024 by Jamie Manges to focus on investment partnerships with entrepreneurs in the middle market. Previously, Jamie was Co-President of Trilantic North America (a middle market private equity firm with $11 billion in aggregate capital commitments) and a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. Jamie joined Trilantic in 2009 at its inception and headed its consumer practice from 2016 to 2024. Previously, he was a Vice President at Lazard Alternative Investments (2003-2009) where he focused on structured equity investments in the industrials, business services, education and software sectors. Jamie currently serves on the boards of DIME Beauty, Gorilla Commerce, Ortholite, Orva, and Traeger Grills (NYSE: COOK). He previously served on the boards of Implus, Fortitech, Home Franchise Concepts, Kodiak Cakes, Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, Sunrise Strategic Partners, SRAM, Taymax, TSC Miami and Container & Pallet Services. He is Chairman of the New York board of UNICEF. Jamie holds a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
